Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
The Samaritan woman, in the Gospel of John Chapter four, was impressed by Jesus and recognized him as a prophet. From their conversation, we see that she might have been genuinely interested in what a prophet would say about the ancient controversy of the worship places of Jerusalem and Mount Gerizim. However, she also tried to change the subject of conversation, but this opened up the way for Jesus to speak about true worship. Jesus said, "But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him" (John 4:23). For God is a Spirit, and those who are born anew of the Spirit have become His children, they must worship Him in Spirit. Also, it is those who accept the revelation of God in Christ as the ultimate truth, who can and must worship Him in truth.
A God-loving person must worship God in truth but Spirit. Worship is the ‘breath’ of a Christian life. It says in Hebrews 10:25, "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching."
Ebenezer Pentecostal Church of God was founded on the word of God and we provide an atmosphere of worship in truth and spirit for all ages. The worship is in Malayalam (one of the Indian languages) and English for the benefit of everyone.
I would like to welcome all the truth-seeking Christians to come and attend the worship if you are near. Otherwise, please let us know how we can be a blessing for you. We hope this website provide you blessings. Please let us know your prayer needs. May God bless you and help you in your walk with Him.
