"Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity" (1 Timothy 4:12) NKJV.

The youth ministry is known as the Pentecostal Young Peoples Association (PYPA). Tomorrows’ Christian warriors should be trained today for the Lord’s work and that is why we focus more on the spiritual growth of the children. To achieve the goal of the best Christian warriors for Christ, we have our youth participating in regular youth worship and different talent programs like, songs, group songs, memory verse, recitals, games, and skits. It also includes our youths taking the time to share from the Word of God through the reading of the Psalm and exhortations. PYPA meetings are held on the 4th Saturday of every month between 6:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M.

The programs are not solely limited to our youth, but also include our adults as well. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the programs and show the different talents that God has given them to use for His kingdom. Every month we also have Bible Reference and Bible Quiz competitions for both our youth and adult groups. The scores are recorded and winners are announced at the end of the Sunday School/PYPA year.

Our youth are the future of our church; therefore the purpose for these meetings is simple. These meetings are designed to help our youth express the different talents God has given them, and to grow closer to Him. Like in the parable of the talents, we see that the servants that used the talents that the Master had given them were rewarded with more talents. The one that didn’t use his talent and hid it, would end up losing it to another.

It is important to encourage our youth to take the opportunities to build on the talents that God has given them whether it be through song, story telling, writing, or speaking. The important thing is that it is all for the glory of God. If we waste our talent, we could lose it to someone who is more willing to use it for God’s kingdom. Our PYPA and Youth Worship meetings are there to encourage our youth to build a strong and intimate relationship with God so that their hearts, souls, and minds can flourish with the Spirit of God. It will not only follow them during these meetings, but will also strengthen them in their lives outside of the church whether it is at school or in the workplace.

We offer a wide variety of activities and events for all ages such as Sunday School for all ages, youth worship, VBS, seminars, teaching Malayalam, Tract/Bible distribution, and mission trip.
